1. Overview

We aim to supply quality products at all times.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Due to the nature of many of our products, returns are subject to the conditions below.


2. Food & Perishable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons:

  • Perishable food items

  • Frozen products

  • Chilled goods

  • Opened food packaging

Cannot be returned unless the goods are:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on delivery

  • Incorrectly supplied

Any issues with food products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Photographic evidence may be required.


3. Non-Food Items

Non-food items (e.g. packaging, utensils, catering supplies) may be returned if:

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Where appropriate, we will:

  • Replace the goods

  • Issue a refund

  • Provide a credit


5. Trade Orders

Trade customers must inspect goods upon delivery or collection.

Shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours.

We cannot accept liability for issues reported outside this timeframe.


6. Click & Collect

For orders collected in person:

  • Goods must be checked at the time of collection

  • Claims made after leaving the premises may not be accepted


7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed via the original payment method

  • Issued within 5–10 working days

If paid by bank transfer or cash, we may request bank details for refund.


8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable food items (unless faulty)

  • Special order items

  • Clearance goods

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage


9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
